Actually a +1 luck bonus to saves is worth something more like 10,000gp. (1/2 the price of a stone of good luck since it doesn't apply to skill or ability checks). And the +2 shortsword is worth about 2,310gp. So, costing it like that, the re-roll ability is worth a mere 1,750 gp. Since the mighty cleaving reroll would only be on attack rolls--and then only on attack rolls gained through the cleave ability, by your logic, it would probably be worth 500gp or so if it were limited to once per day. Since 1/day items are typically about 1/5 the price of an unlimited use item, 2,500gp would be about right for that interpretation of Mighty Cleaving. And since a +1 Mighty Cleaving Sword actually costs 6,000gp more than a +1 sword, that would mean that a +1 enhancement is overpriced.
Well, that goes to show the folly of breaking down the value of coveted items like a no-wishes luckblade into their individual components and pricing other items off of them.
Anyway, I think a +1 enhancement bonus would be a perfectly reasonable price for a mighty-cleaving weapon interpreted as enabling its wielder to reroll missed cleave attempts. By the time +2 weapons are really available to characters, cleave is well past its heyday anyway. I don't think that's what it means, but since the enhancement is pretty useless as written, I think I may adopt it as a house rule for Mighty Cleaving.

atom crash said:The 22,060 gp is for the luck blade itself. Each wish adds 40,300 gp to the price. The +2 enhancement of the luck blade is 8000 gp, the luck bonus to saves is worth about 1500 gp (150% of the cloak of resistance cost), and the shortsword itself is 310 gp, so the re-roll ability of the luck blade is worth about 12,250 gp (Am I figuring this right? At any rate, it's worth way more than the +1 enhancement cost of the Mighty Cleaving ability). And it's limited to once per day.
I can see how the re-roll would be a very generous interpretation of the bonus.
