I looked through the classes and, as usual for a WOTC product, they are not to my taste. The Healer is not too bad-- I just think the Unicorn companion is kind of lame and too specific ability that may not be appropriate for all companions.
As for a spontaneous divine caster class, I will take Green Ronin's Shaman class over the one in the Minature's Handbook any day. In fact, I would take Green Ronin's Shaman's Handbooks (and their Witch's Handbook), over any class supplement (and possibly any non core DND book) put out by WOTC.
