Its only apparent time. Its not a real duration. No real duration, no Persist spell. I agree with this, as does the Sage.

Even so, Persisting Time Stop does absolutely nothing for you. You'd have 24 hours to sit there and stare at your foe. Anything you cast will have ended by the time the apparent time ends. You'd generally be better off simply with an empowered Time Stop at a much lower DC.

Aren't the durations of all spells listed in "apperant time"?
This spell only bothers making a note of it because it is a spell that affects time. All spells however should be considered to have the "(Apparent Time)" note after them, and ACTUALLY having said note doesn't mean that the duration isn't a "real duration" LOL!

Sure it does. If you cast Bless, the duration of Bless is percieved by all. Its a real duration because it happens in real time. Heck, even a spell like Wraithstrike has a real duration even though it only lasts one round. Time Stop doesn't have a real duration. The only person who percieves the spell is you. The spell gives you extra turns, but no real time passes. Since no time passes, its not a real duration. Apparent only refers to you. For you, it feels like 1d4+1 rounds occured, but in reality, the normal time stream where durations are measured, they haven't. Simple as that.
