Do percentages to miss stack? Such as cast displacement after blur. TIA!

Edit: Let me add to this so that it makes sense. Blur is a 20% chance and Displacement is a 50% to miss. When cast together does it become 70%? Does one override the other? Are there two rolls to miss, one for the blur and one for the diplacement?

Miss chances due to Concealment do not stack- the best is used. If you have a 50% Concealment bonus and a 20%, only the 50% is used.

If you have miss chances from a Concealment and a Non-Concealment source (Examples not coming to mind) then the two are rolled seperately- not added together.
