A new one:

Immunity: A creature that has immunity to an effect is never harmed (or helped) by that effect. A creature cannot suppress an immunity in order to receive a beneficial effect.

I've copied the new glossary into a file to run it through text comparison program with the SRD Types Subtypes and Abilities files (Meaning there will likely be things that I write here that might be in the actual glossary).
So far:
No Alternate Form description
No Angel Subtype
Alignment Description
No Archon Subtype
Class Skills description
Effective Character Level Description
Energy Charge Description
Environment Description
Extraordinary Abilities description
Favored Class description
No Flight Description
Immunity Description
Incorporeal might be longer
Level Adjustment Description
Living Description
Living Construct Subtype
No Powerful Charge Description
Psionics is different
Racial Hit Dice Description
Rend Description
Size Description
No Special Attacks Description (broken into Ex, Sp and Su)

<And that's where the program gave up...>

And after dropping the previous parts, I can continue

No Spell Immunity description
Supernatural Abilities description
Telepathic Link description
Yugoloth subtype.

As little as I've read the new Glossary, there are some omissions and some typos and something new:

1. No Alternate Form entry
2. Air Subtype: my own remark: Air creatures OFTEN (not: always) have fly speed. See the Cloud Giant in MM 1. The new Glossary could've have been updated :\
3. No Angel Subtype entry
4. No Archon Subtype entry
5. No Baatezu Subtype entry
6. Construct Type entry: missing Bonus Hit Points table
7a. Damage Reduction entry: The new Glossary does not specifiy the different forms of Damage Reduction (i.e. Ex and Su), as it should have since the FAQ clarified the subject. :\
7b. Damage Reduction: Typo: The example is copied and pasted wrongly: The plague spewer has damage reduction 10/slashing, so .... each attack is reduced by 10 (not: 5) points... :\
8. Darkvision entry: new
9. No Eladrin subtype
10a. Energy Charge entry: NEW (look it up, it's really new)
10b. Energy Charge entry: Typo: ... an energy charging (not: ... a draining) creature ... :\

Kind regards

Tomorrow I'll be on track again....

Continued

11. Environment: All types of Environment description
12. Extraordinary Abilities: Special Abilities was splitted down to separate Ex/Sp/Su Entries
13. No Flight entry
14. No Guardinal entry
15. Immunity entry: new
16. Incorporeal Subtype entry was partially rewritten and new structured.

17. Level Adjustment: missing word "be" in first sentence corrected :)
18. Living entry: NEW
19. Living Construct Subtype: NEW
20. Natural Weapons. An important part of the entry was left out. "This penalty applies..." as written in the Glossary of MM 1 is missing. IS THAT INTENTIONALLY?
21. Native Outsider/Outsider paradox not clarified: Do native outsiders have to breathe or not?
22. No Powerful Charge entry
23. Psionics: rewritten and original sentence is missing
24. Rend: Left out entry of MM 1 Glossary now in MM3
25. Spell-like Abilities: Special Abilities splitted down.
26. No Spell Immunity entry
27. Supernatural Abilities: Special Abilities splitted down

to be concluded...

Kind regards

It is clear. Native outsiders DO breathe. "Native" is a sybtype of the "Outsider" Type. Outsiders DO breathe. They always have. For further clarification it says so clearly under the new entry for Outsider (last line).

"* Outsiders breathe, but do not need to eat or sleep (although they can do so if they wish). Native outsiders breathe, eat, and sleep."

Interestingly, none of the types specify whether they excrete, thus neatly side-stepping the question of where the hell ARE the toilets in this dungeon?
