60mph, 5 miles, she can get there in 5 minutes going at 60, Vtal has to get to them, load up, and then drop them off at a safe, ish, spot. That said, after an entire 12 seconds to rest, Felix will try and get a faster option up and running.

No she is quite sure none of them parachuted out... unless they teleported they all perished in the explosion. They did seem a bit... fanatic

The VTOL will be around your location in a minute or two and then will take maybe 5-7 minutes to get to downtown. IF you want too wait any Fatigue (and none lasting Toughness damage) that you are suffering will be going by the time you get into MainTown. Otherwise you can make your own way there but don't recover the Fatigue (you will recover one none lasting Toughness damage though).
