Monere Ver: What does this mean in Latin?

My best guess is "To remind/warn/advise/admonish the spring"... any other ideas out there?

Note I'm not a Latin student this is just my best guess based off of looking up the words.

Where did you get the phrase? To me it seems nonsense. Monere means something like "Be warned" but Ver doesn't really fit in it with the best translation as "spring".

EDIT: With a bit of mix&match we could get a translation of something like "Be reminded of the truth!" or "Be warned about truth!" but those are quite farfetch with bastardazing the latin bit and using interlingua as basis of Ver.
