Good Lord they look fantastic! What is that in the 3rd pic on the left? A Razor Boar from MM2?

When are these suckers supposed to come out?

Dig that Owlbear. He looks nice. The bases don't sem too bad on these to me. This is a much better round of pictures. A little wash or drybrush may be able to add a bit more detail in short order on them as well. And of course the hardcore painters STILL have Reaper, Confrontation, GW, and whatever else.

These do look a bit better than some of the Mage Knight ones I've seen but it is hard to tell from the pictures. At least the Character model (archer) does have some detail looking at the belts on his waist.

Still do they intend to release these outside the USA? The last chainmail figures never made it to the UK. These should be lighter to ship.

That minotaur figure looks very good even with a crappy shot like that.

Look at the mind flayer standing next to it.

It looks like they are using the art from the Monster Manual as the concept art for the sculpts.

Definitely nice enough that if the price is right I'll buy them. I don't have time to paint anymore, and never had that much talent, so even a basic mass-produced paintjob will be sufficient.

The random bit will be annoying, of course.

Just a little on the bases, I thought these figs were going to be D&D compatible. I guess I'm a little confused as to why you would us a round base for a game that uses square grid.

If my local game store handle these figs like they do Mage Knight singles, then I'm set. For $20 I already got 22 Orc figs for the games I DM thanks to Mage Knight. The only real pain was to rebase them. With these figs, I won't have to even do that.

And of course when I play in a game, I got my PC fig from Reaper.
