Morrus' New Years' RPG Resolutions

As the new year approaches, here are my RPG resolutions for the coming year. What are yours?

  • Double the tabletop RPG coverage so we have multiple daily articles from a range of writers.
  • Do my part to increase inclusivity in the RPG and D&D community.
  • Have every official D&D book independently reviewed.
  • Recover from the Patreon attack and grow EN5ider, EONS, and TRAILseeker.
  • Launch a Starfinder Patreon.
  • Get 300K members on EN World.
  • Launch something video (a thing I've wanted to do for years but lack the knowhow, personal, location, or equipment).
  • Launch an EN World podcast.
  • Game twice a week as often as I can (I currently average once a week, with two groups).

As an aside, if you are willing to help EN World, these things would be most gratefully appreciated:

- To find the good game for every table I Dm to stop telling me that the problem causing the campaigns to never reach the end is the players while in the end its just a matter of using the right system to tell a compelling story with a specific table.
- Actually finish a campaign

P.S.
You want to do a video or audio podcast?

I might be able to help you with that, but you live in the UK, do you not?

Finish my D&D 5E homebrew race supplement and e-publish it in this first quarter. Then work on additional homebrew race supplements for each quarter after that. Each one will have 5 or 6 races - most with subraces - and probably a subrace or two for existing official races.

I also have an idea for more frequent homebrew race one-shot supplements that could be more frequent, but that will take some serious scheduling decisions.

Also: to see the Tyranny of Dragons game I'm co-DMing through to the bitter end!

Get the Adventures in Middle-Earth game i GM back up and running since the holidays through a big monkey wrench into everyone's schedules.

Play in a game.

Morrus,

May I ask what ideas you have on your resolution to increase inclusivity in D&D?

I ask because as a shop owner, I'm always interested in new ways to expand our hobby/my market.

I'm torn because one part of me wants to game and paint a lot more and one part of me wants to work on physical fitness and my career a lot more.

RPG-related Resolution
I plan on painting a lot more this year. Finished up some miniatures last night.

I always go with a hefty to-do list each year...
