Rules: they have to be some sort of aristocrat in the media. Empresses, Queens, Duchesses all good.

If you need another DC choice, there's always Perdita and Queen Bee. Technically Terra counts, though she rarely does anything Princess-like.

My 6 year old great niece just told me on the weekend that Peach is her favourite Mario character.

Edited to add: So I agree she's got real intergenerational appeal.
