Madman, I'm not going to tell you how I misread that first sentence of yours.

Heh. What a PrC that would be - the shi*ter. :)

Well, I'll post on topic in a sec, but I just wanted to mention that I have a monster in my game called a shi*ter. It's an abyssal crow with acidic poisonous droppings.

Maybe I should post it on the homebrews forum.

Hmm, from the splatbooks and DMG I'd have to say it's a toss-up between the alienist, oozemaster, and assassin (since he got left out of 2e- I hated kits!).

From my own homebrews, I'd say... er... ummm.... either the pistoleer cuz of their "double trouble" ability (fire two pistols at once) or the jack of all trades (cuz they're human only, and elves, dwarves, orcs, etc. all get some prc's only they can take- what about humans???)

Waped One from Relics and Rituals II is another one of the slowly going insane classes, which I agree are great. He's psionic, though, which adds some more interesting flavor.

I'm also a fan of the Weapon Master. I know it's not too creative or anything, but I find the idea of playing a straight ahead old-school swordmaster appealing. It's like when Madmartigan (sp?) from Willow says "I'm the greatest swordsman who ever lived," and then later in the movie, Willow sees him in action and says "You are great!"

The Wordbearer from Quint Wizard is also cool. A 5-level prestige class that gives you access to a new word of power at each level. You don't gain any caster levels, though, so it's a trade-off.

Warped One would be the way I'd go IF I was doing Psionics... ;)

That's right. As I recall, I wanted to play a Psychic Warrior in your campaign and wasn't allowed. Ban's fun, too, though ;)
