Most likable PrC

I'm going to say the Spellsword. For whatever reason whenever I flip through my books I always stop at this one and think how cool it would be to play one.

People want an opinion, I gave it. If you want to know which ones I like, mainly the CORE ones. Everything else a little much for me or just poorly designed. Blackguard, Assasin, Loremaster, Arcane Archer, Dwarven Defender, and Shadowdancer are about all I really want or need.

See, now that wasn't so hard, was it?

The opinion the thread was asking for was your favorite PrC's, not the ones you don't like. There's a nice big thread on this very page if you want to go slam WotC's prestige classes.

Although I'm surprised that you didn't list 10 or 12 of your favorite SL PrC's in the first place. :rolleyes:

Me too, but I think it's the picture more than anything. Very cool visual, and who doesn't like smacking down Frost Giants?

The class itself though, looks to be a little frustrating to progress through. Too middle of the road.

Oozemaster, because I think the concept is funky. It also doesn't look like a prestige class created just for sake of creating a prestige class, of which there are far, far too many around.

Well, given the ones my players have chosen to use:
* Dragon Disciple
* Order of the Bow Initiate
* Shadow Dancer
* Thief-Acrobat

I quite like the virtuoso. (I've got a character planned out as a Bard 3/Wizard 7/Virtuoso 10 - with V. spellcasting levels added to those of the Wizard. Think about it. Oh, and I do like Danilo Thann, as well, though the personality will be different. ;))

Cheers!

Not really DnD but...

I love the Archaeologist and Daring Fool concepts from Seventh Sea.

I also just enjoyed the idea of having people become masters of various sword fighting schools.

"You deal not simply with a master of the Valroux school, but also one who is not unfamiliar with the transcendent techniques of Tout Pres fighting,"(loud crashing noise is heard as beer stein connects with opponent's face over a parried blade)"or rather dealt."
