My vote goes for dodge. I actually use mobility quite a lot, and it often makes the difference between being pulverized or not, but my designated foe for dodge almost never attacks me. Combat means (in most cases) we're usually outnumbered pretty heavily, and between enemies moving, my character moving, and allies taking down enemies, I rarely end up being attacked by my dodge.
The only exception is when we're fighting one large creature, in which case dodge means that instead of needing a 4 to hit it needs a 5. Still pretty useless in my book.
I'm getting a lot of use out of weapon specialization though. Using two weapon fighting with a pair of scimitars (yes, I'm sucking up the -4 to hit until I get to Dervish at 6th level) I get a fair amount of damage from it each round. Usually at least 2 points, once an extra 8 (two crits). As I level up improved critical and additional attacks will raise the amount of damage coming from weapon specialization higher and higher.
