This won't be broadcast until Thursday night, but the actual show was taped in advance, and the winners are already posted on the MTV website.

If you don't want the surprise ruined, then don't read any more.

Finally, an awards show with some intelligent voters. "The Two Towers" is going to clean up. And George Lucas' prediction from 2000 came true, although not the way he foresaw.

Explain, please? :)

Well, back at the 2000 awards, Lucas appeared as a presenter. And Samuel L. Jackson also was there, nominated in some category. Lucas made a reference to "Attack of the Clones," saying that in three years Jackson would be winning the award for best fight for "Clones."

Well, "Clones" won the award for best fight, but it was for the Yoda fight sequence, not the arena fight Jackson was involved in. That was nominated for best action sequence, but lost to "Two Towers" and the Battle for Helm's Deep.

Well maybe he'll predict the winner in 2004-2005 correctly. At least Attack of the Clones DID get nominated.

I heard about Gollum's acceptance speech for Best Performance by a CGI Character. He deserved the win, but talk about a complete lack of class. Geeze! o_O Good thing for him he's under contract for The Return of the King, and that filming is mostly over, because after demonstrating his true colors at that show, I doubt he'll ever be hired to do another movie ever again.

I would have thought maybe Lucas predicted that not far off, a major award would be given to a CGI character, and Gollum won.

What did he do or say that was a complete lack of class?

Just wait until Episode 3 when Jar-Jar will win for certain.

Of course this will be for the Razzie for Worst Supporting Actor that he already was nominated for and didn't win in 2000.
