He had an uncanny knack of leaving something very smelly in his litterbox about 3 seconds before there's a ring on the doorbell.

This is why I have a dog.

She is faithful and goes potty outside and alerts me when loud scary garbage trucks, delivery men or loud vehicles threaten to come within a block of my house.

I am a cat god or food... walked into Pet Mart to buy critter food and they were having an adoption going on, I did not come within 15 feet of those cats and yet everyone of them (12 or so) stopped what they were doing and watched me. Even the kids and the people looking and playing with them notice that I had those cats interest. It was freaky.

My cats were not demons, but bundles of love...unless you were a sofa or a 3" tall plastic knight.

But we've been a dog family for decades now. Our current twosome are not sorcerers, but can psionically walk through walls. They are quite adept at being on the other side of the door from where you expect them to be- especially inside vs outside.
