Hi-

I just want to give credit where credit is due to a the greatest group of players I DM for in Chicago. They are a combination of RPG'ers, hacken n' slayers and all around good bunch whom I have really enjoyed DM'ing for. So if these guy's were in the Army I'd personally hand out Army Commadation Medels for their outstanding use of tactics, teamwork, and entertaining the DM with their stupid pet tricks. 9 months of study gaming has also givin me faith again in playing D&D!
So thanks Pat, Josh, Eric, Joe K, Jordan and drew for an enjoyable time at the table thus far.

Forgot to say, DM’s, recognize your groups too!

"all i got was a rock"

but that's cool. cuz i love geology. :D and with my diabetes can't handle the sweet stuff. :heh:

My group is awesome. Paul, Paul, Andy, Steve, Brian (and a shout out to those who have moved on: Matt and Pete) -- thanks for being there, being prepared, sharing the spotlight, helping us all remember and use the rules when necessary, ditching the rules when necessary, going along for the ride on "the plot train," bringing pizza, letting me beat up on your characters, and most of all entertaining me. :) You make it all worthwhile!

Personally, I love my gamers!

Not only are they all "in the groove" as far as the campaign is concerned, but they also do a lot of extra work to make the world come alive, some by drawing pictures of characters and creatures, some by writing up descriptions of shops in town, some by creating legends or little vignettes about the world.

On top of this, they get into character, always tell me how much they look forward to the games, and everyone ends up having a blast at the table!

Woo hoo! I love 'em!

Since others are naming ... here's to Bear, Cat, BSP, Steve, Dan, and Mama Bear! (their preferred names...)

I would also like to say my group RULES. Rich, Allison, Mike, Mark and Frederick. You have all made my game sooo much fun. I dont think I could have asked for a better group of players.

I'm blessed to have a great group of courteous, dependable and knowledgeable players. Many of them are co-workers with similar interests, and I've been gaming with most of them for a few years now. They tend to be a bit more hack'n'slash than roleplay, but I'm ok with that.

Here's a big thank you to Ben, Ryan, Ron, Shannon, Travis & Troy for keeping my game sessions interesting, and keeping me on my toes as the DM.

Aw, heck, I'll pimp my boys too. These dudes are the best friends a guy could have and a great bunch of gamers to boot.

Thanks, Rich, Russ, Jeremy, Jason, Bill and Kerrance for putting up with my RBDM ways and keeping me laughing all the while.

I've got a great group too - even better now since I've had the privilege of DMing for the group in which I am normally just a player.

So, props to Christine, Andy, Becky, Kevin, Carp, and Tom from the Conan game.

More props to Travis, Dan, and Ben for being in my one-offs, last years Halloween cross-over game "Vs. Hitler," and for signing up to save AO from the clutches of Vecna in the Nightrealms anniversary game.

Finally, for all those who have fallen by the wayside temporarily or permanently - Chad, Todd, Andy S, Scott L, David O, Mike A, John P, Jim B, and for all the others I've missed... thanks for being my players!

Alright I'll give a toast to my group, Nate, B, Illia and yeah, even you Mike, the new guy, thanks for the good times.

Oh yeah, thanks for not lynching me after the TPK last Friday, and heres to a new campaign this Friday.
