My next project (#5)!

for the last one, how many water-based spells deal damage in the first place? how about something more like this:

Vulnerability to Water Spells (Ex): When a FIREDEAD is affected/(targeted?) by a water-based spell, the FIREDEAD automatically takes an extra 1d4 points of damage per caster level.

slight alteration:
Fire Burst (Ex): Once per day, a FIREDEAD can emit a 20-foot radius burst of flames which deal 6d6 points of fire damage to all creature within the area of effect (Reflex DC 14 half). The FIREDEAD is slowed (as the slow spell) for 1d6 rounds after using this ability as it rebuilds the fire within its burnt husk. The save DC is Charisma-based.

cool. :) next! (these are actually turning out to be a lot simpler than i expected - or maybe we just haven't hit the difficult ones yet). ;)

LYNXs resemble reddish-brown lynxes, though they are rather smaller than the lynx, weighing up to 42 lb. and growing as long as 4-ft. nose to tail-tip. They are most famed for their especially keen hearing and their ability to perform nigh-on unbelievable vertical leaping.
Servals, bobcats, swamp cats, fishing cats, golden cats and ocelots may also be treated as LYNXs for game purposes, though the Games Master may wish to research slightly variant special abilities - for example, the fishing cat should have a Swim movement type, but no special bonus for high jumps.
A small number of LYNXs are born with entirely black fur, much like the occasional completely black leopards known as black panthers. These are much-prized as animal companions by dungeoneering rangers, for obvious reasons.
Combaf
LYNXs naturally prey on birds and small mammals, but will attack larger herbivores if hungry. Few will attack humans unless cornered or trained to do so. Against most opponents the LYNX will pounce, claw, bite and rake, but when hunting birds it prefers to do a vertical pounce straight up into the air, swatting its prey out of the sky with a front paw. This stunning swat attack is useful against any aerial opponent, since a stunned creature cannot fly and will simply fall to the ground.
Pounce (Ex): If a LYNX leaps upon a foe during the first round of combat, it can make a full attack even if it has already taken a move action.
Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, the LYNX must hit with its claw attack. If it gets a hold, it can rake. Most creatures are only able to make improved grab attacks on creatures smaller than themselves, but LYNXs specialise in catching birds of any size up to an eagle, and so the LYNX can use improved grab against a creature of its own size which is using flying movement.
Rake (Ex): A LYNX that gets a hold can make two rake attacks (+6 melee) with its hind legs for Id2 damage each. If the LYNX pounces on an opponent, it can also rake.
Stunning Swat (Ex): A LYNX that does a vertical jump onto its prey during the first round of combat may forego the full attack it could usually make using the pounce special attack and instead make a special swat attack at its highest attack bonus. If it succeeds, it does normal claw damage and its opponent must make a Fortitude save (DC 10 + half the LYNX hit dice + Strength bonus) or be stunned for one round.
Skills: LYNXs receive a +4 racial bonus to Climb, Hide, Listen and Move Silently checks and a +8 racial bonus to Balance and Jump checks. *In warm plains and warm desert terrain, the Hide bonus improves to +8. *Black LYNXs receive no additional Hide bonus for terrain, but their Hide bonus improves to +8 during night or in other dark conditions such as underground. * LYNXs are particularly famed for their ability to jump vertically, sometimes leaping as high as 10-ft. straight up, and so their Jump bonus improves to +20 when doing a high jump.

Updating to current formats...

Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, a LYNX must hit with a claw attack. It can then attempt to start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. If it wins the grapple check, it establishes a hold and can rake.

Pounce (Ex): If a LYNX charges a foe, it can make a full attack, including two rake attacks.

Rake (Ex): Attack bonus +6 melee, damage 1d2.

Stunning Swat (Ex): A LYNX that uses its pounce ability may forego the full attack it granted by the ability and instead make a special swat attack at its highest attack bonus. If it succeeds, it does normal claw damage and its opponent must make a DC (DC 10 + half the LYNX hit dice + Strength bonus) Fortitude save or be stunned for one round. The save DC is Strength-based.

Give the stunning swat an actual DC. So for the LYNX with an average Str score and no extra hit dice, the DC is 10. The LYNX has 13 skill points when it should only have 4. Reduce the skills to something more like:
Balance +13, Climb +6, Hide +13, Jump +8, Listen +6, Move Silently +9, Spot +6

Demiurge out.

don't forget, it should have a +8 bonus to Climb due to its speed, rather than the +4 given in the original description.

undoubtedly, this part may need to be fixed:

* LYNXs are particularly famed for their ability to jump vertically, sometimes leaping as high as 10-ft. straight up, and so their Jump bonus improves to +20 when doing a high jump.
