Name/Stats of dagger that grows to short sword when wielded by halfling

My brain can't remember it, but I swear there was an magic weapon in 1/2e that, when wielded by a Halfling, had the power to change from a dagger to a short sword among other possible powers. Does anyone remember this or can anyone point me in the right direction?

Look on page 105 of the 1E Unearthed Arcana under Dagger +2, Longtooth.

I don't know if we can post game stats so I refer you to the book itself.

It's in the DMG for 2e - Longtooth +2 - the bonus stays in whatever form and it retains the weapon speed and weight of the dagger. It also cuts through stone and wood as easily as cotton and thus inflicts max damage against them. Can't find the page number of the DMG but it's in the back with all the magic item lists.
