Whoo-Hoo!

Well, that'll teach me to go on vacation! Sneaky Rel going and starting the thread while I was out of the state ;).

I could not resist the lure of Orcz, so I have already laid my electronic pen to the page on that one. Also, I will be DMing again. This should show up on the NC Game Day site as soon as an admin gets a chance to approve it!

Underoo Avengers
Ah, The City. It's a deadly battleground of cops and robbers, space aliens and secret agents, and all things that go *bump* in the night. Someone has to be prepared to tread that treacherous turf, to fight the good fight, and to maybe...just maybe...get a Popsicle at the end of the day. Oh yes, the agents of good in The City are not titans of power but toddling tykes. When danger looms, the Underoo Avengers pull up their britches, scale the playground fence, and wade into danger.

Underoo Avengers is a Fantasy Flight Games Grimm game (with the ENWorld Four Color to Fantasy add-on) for 4-6 players who are young at heart. Experience with a d20 system would be a boon, but pregenerated characters will be provided on or before Game Day.

For those involved in the last Grimm game, this will not take place in the Grimm setting, although it will utilize the same mechanics. You are welcome to join!

Post any questions you have here, as I'm much more likely to keep up with this than the NC Game Day site. Once I get a few players I'll try to send out some stuff via e-mail, but my previous Game Day groups can tell you that I tend to be very busy from Real Life (tm). Especially now that I've got Grad School and a part time job.

Anyhoo, Play Grimm....you know you wanna!

I didn't make it last time, but that problem has been resolved and I should definitely be coming for this one. I hope my absence didn't cause any problems for the game I signed up for.

Think anyone will run a CoC game?

Oh, I can do another poster/flyer if that would help.

Woo Hoo! Glad to hear it. I can already "feel the love". :D

You're right, I do. Sounds more than a little Powerpuff-ish. I love it! Unfortunately, I'll be lobbing concussion grenades at about that time and trying not to get fragged in Clueless' Shadowrun game!

So many games so few of me.

I know the feeling...
Hm. That reminds me - *has NPCs buy more RPGs*

Well, obviously, you need to clone yourself. ;) To clarify genres, I'm not entirely sure that Underoo Avengers will be Powerpuff-like (having never seen a full episode of the show). What I'll be trying to capture is the childhood make-believe where everyone pretends to be one of the X-Men, or whatever.

Oh, and...*bump*

Thanks for that, NCSUCM. I'm about to head out of town for a week so I'm hoping you guys can keep our little thread bouncing back to the front page where folks can see it easily.

Just so you all know, Neal sent me a link to the report he's developed that is associated with the Game Day schedule and it rocks. It shows a list of all the games, what people are scheduled to play in those games already and how many open slots are left for each. This list is generated based on the current schedule so that I will be able to copy and paste it here maybe a couple times a week to keep everybody up on the "big picture". I'll start doing that once I get back and we make certain that it is accurate and bug-free.

Also, Code Monkey, I'm assuming that you are wanting to reprise your role as Honka Thonka, spiritual leader of the Black Sack orcs and administerer of much whacking with the Club of Healing. Let me know if you intend otherwise. Assuming that to be the case, the roles of Mugnutz, Thag and Gouge are up for grabs.

See you all when I get back. Try to be Good while I'm gone.

Or at least Chaotic Neutral. ;)

That tribal name always makes me that the lot of them are suffering from some orcish venereal disease. :D

Uhhh... according to the "official site" the following people are signed up to play: Corlon, Jon Potter, kylekatern, NCSUCodeMonkey. What I've inferred from postings is that Freg, Gronka Thonka and Honka Thonka are accounted for by Corlaon, me, and NCSUCM respectively. Unless my math is off, I think there's a discrepency.

Try to be Good while I'm gone.

That might be tough...

Or at least Chaotic Neutral.

Ahh... In that case. No problem!
