NC Game Day ??? - Did I Miss the Annoucement?

By my clock, we are officially within the 2-month annoucement period...what gives?

You didn't miss it - it jsut didn't happen yet. Probably because of

1) Excessive Work (yay for Rel!)
2) Forgetfulness (my sympathies for Rel )
3) The Holiday season (Wherein we all avoid work and gorge on turkey).

I still have some hard choices to make on this issue, myself.

I'm looking into flying to this one as well. Tickets are pretty cheap but it's the hotel cost that I don't want to have to worry about. If someone would be willing to put up with my crazy butt for a couple of nights (Friday and Saturday), I think I could swing it.

I am really looking forward to this one. I am planning on running a d20 future horror game set in a Firefly type universe. Basically, I am going to use the Firefly backstory about "The Earth that Was" and have it take place in a different star system settled by India, Great Britain, Australia, Japan, and the US.
