NE vs. N (FFA): Very Young Tarterian Dragon vs. Adult Ethereal Dragon

I am not sure where the web is after reading the above. Does that mean that there is a line from the south wall starting at 0N30E30Z, going down to 40N30E0Z, with everything below that webs?

That is one web. There is a second web attached directly to the south wall. The four corners of the square are 0N0E, 0N0E60Z, 0N55E60Z, and 0N55E.

I will determine the results of the energy ray, but Shriek is not within range (20 feet). You can tell me how close he is later. I am assuming you mean energy ray and not a screech, taking the orange text over the white text.

Shriek kills a few coins, but there are many more left. No damage is taken.

Round 329

The coins rush forward, not seeing the web, and get entangled in it at 0N30E. They chew up part of the net, dealing 3 points of damage to the two five-foot sections at 0N30E and 5N30E.

Yeah, energy ray is what I wanted. I was in class and couldn't be bothered to look up what it was. Did it actually end up dealing damage to the swarm?

In class? Wow, in class my options included napping and making up top ten lists with friends, but no play-by-internet gaming.

No, it did not. It only killed a few coins, but not enough to even notice a difference. It is Shriek's move

Yeah, the lecture comes from an online PDF file, so I've already got all of the notes! Whee!

The saltor cautiously pads forward toward the struggling swarm and comes to a stop at a safe distance of some fifteen feet from the beetles. Staring at his opponents intently, Shriek's toothy maw falls open and he begins to inhale. The area on his torso where his lungs are most likely located starts to swell rapidly. He continues to suck in air for what must be two or three full seconds before suddenly stopping, his jaw snapping shut. The arena is dead silent as the milliseconds tick by while the crowd eagerly watches. A half-instant later, the saltor's globular eyes clench tightly shut and he forces the air outward. A wave of sound of such volume that it causes visible disturbance in the air bursts forth from Shriek's gullet and washes over the swarm of golden insects.

Moving within range, then using shriek for real this time.

As Shriek gets closer, he notices that the coins are actually golden beetles.

The beetles cannot withstand the force of the scream (13 Fort save), taking 13 points of sonic damage. They have 20 HP remaining.

Round 330

The beetles do not move, stunned.
