The bird easily dodges the web (rolled 11 ranged touch attack). Tatoo can spit again next round.

Round 346

The bird zaps Tatoo (29 ranged touch) for 7 points of electrical damage. Tatoo has 13 HP remaining after he heals.

Missed again (11 ranged touch). You can spit again in round 348.

Round 347

The bird zaps Tatoo right between where his eyes should be (natural 20, 26 to confirm crit) for 24 points of electrical damage. Tatoo is dead. Mr. Belvedere will have to take his place.

The bird flies over to 60N60E20Z.

Next in round 347 for Neutral Evil is a Styx dragon wyrmling (Draconomicon).

The dragon has 8 ranks in Diplomacy, Intimidate, Listen, Search, Sense Motive, and Spot. It has the feats Blind-Fight and Improved Inititative.

Sticks moves to 60n55e and breathes a line of special acid at the x-wing. Sticks is a reddish-gold, snakelike dragon with a long, bifurcated tail and gleaming gold eyes. He drips water, which hisses as it sinks into the battlefield.

The acid has no effect on the bird. Sticks can breathe again in round 349.

Round 348

The bird zaps Sticks (17 ranged touch) for 5 points of electrical damage. Sticks has 32 HP remaining.

"Wha...? You shoot electricity, so why are you immune to acid?"

If Sticks had shoulders, he'd shrug. Instead, he burrows underground until he can breathe again and then pops up for a stupefying gas. Rinse, wash, repeat. If Sticks has less than 10 hit points, he'll take the draw (if he doesn't outright get knocked out).

Well, it is immune to electricity, also.

Round 349

When Sticks pops up, he gets zapped (29 ranged touch) by the bird for 6 points of electrical damage. Sticks has 26 HP remaining.

The bird is not stupefied (16 Fort save). Sticks can breathe next round.

Round 350

The bird zaps Sticks for 9 electrical damage. Sticks has 17 HP remaining.
The bird is not stupefied (21 Fort save). Sticks can breathe next round.

Round 351: The bird zaps Sticks for 6 electrical damage. Sticks has 11 HP remaining.
The bird is not stupefied (15 Fort save). Sticks can breathe in round 353.

Round 353: When Sticks pops up, he gets zapped (29 ranged touch) by the bird for 4 points of electrical damage. Sticks has 7 HP remaining, and dives back underground. The bird mutters an airy curse that its electrical ray is not up to par against the dragon.

Round 356: The bird lands hard at 60N60E. Does Sticks still take the draw?

Yes, Sticks still takes the draw regardless.

He doesn't have tremorsense, so I'm not sure he has an idea the bird even landed. This brings up another interesting point, though. Can a creature without a land speed land? Is the arrowhawk prone? Can he get back up and fly? I'd have to say he could, but it's kind of a strange scenario. :)
