Need an opinion for a book (Not RP related)

Hey everyone, my friend is writing a manual about girls for guys and she needs an opinion on something. She was wondering whether or not guys find make-up attractive, and if so, how much? The choices above are somewhat vague, so please choose the pool option closest to your opinion. Any elaborations would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Both of my ex-girlfriends wore absolutely no makeup except when on dates. Both looked phenomenally pretty under normal circumstances because of it. Their skin was the color it was supposed to be. If there's enough makeup to notice it, that's too much.

I don't like makeup. I thought both of them were beautiful without masking their appearance.

I'm a woman, so I didn't vote in the poll.

Maybe one of the things she might want to think about in her book is the thing that makeup simulates.

I can't give too many specifics as I saw the documentary awhile ago, but some research should turn up some interesting little facts like...

Rouge (not rogue!), for example, is sexy because rosy cheeks are like the flushed face a person gets when engaging in...shenanigans.

There was more to the special that I watched on discovery health. I found it fascinating.
