A new spell, Assess Caster, has been added to EN World's 5E Spells Database.
Choose one creature that casts spells (including via the innate spellcasting trait) and is in range. That creature makes a Wisdom saving throw; if it fails, you learn how powerful it is, based on the chart below:
Highest Level Spell Slot of Innate Spell Available --- Reading
Cantrip or 1st level --- Weak
2nd or 3rd level --- Moderate
4th or 5th level --- Strong
6th or 7th level --- Very Strong
8th or 9th level --- Extremely Strong
