'Somehow' covers no longer being concealed If you are invisible to me because you are behind a turned over table, and then you come out from behind the table and I'm looking at you, I can see you.
Now apply the same logic to the invisibility spell which only grants the invisibility condition ;)
 





I think part of the issue was a desire to remove it limit opposed checks and not have two different conditions that say "you can't find me" but the simplicity of both ends up creating a Skyrim type "crouch stealth" system, complete with the spell being "auto hide".
So if wizard casts invisibility on the Paladin, the Paladin can actually sneak with the rest of the party!! That’s one small win for this rule change. Probably not worth it overall but at least there’s something…
