Not receiving email from Gamestore

Hello all!

Apparently problem with the gamestore should be reported in this forum, so here I go:
The publisher of a book I have purchased has sent out an email to all his customers, but I have not received it. This is not the first time it has happened, but I was hoping the first time was a glitch, as I was not the only one to whom it happened. Can someone look into it, since this time again, it appear others received it.
