But Tarag is right at the top of the stairs (the last stair space, in fact), so his 5' step would be onto normal ground. So I think yes, he can take a 5' step west and let Rapture in.SRD said:You can only take a [free] 5-foot step if your movement isn’t hampered by difficult terrain or darkness.
OOC: There's an 'and'? With a single move action, Keldar can reach the empty square that lay between Rapture and Tommy in the map above, no? If he tries to move into a free square any further on, he's going to incur an AoO from the (ominously ennumerated) Earthie1 unless he tries tumbling, and the way I roll, I'm not going to take the risk. So, single move it is, and... bleh... draw a dagger. If everyone could start 5' stepping around the bad guys to clear up room for us to all get out, that'd be nice.Rae ArdGaoth said:Now Keldar moves up the stairs. And...?
OOC: I would suppose not.Note: Earth Mastery (earth elemental ability) says Earthie1 gets +1 damage "if both it and its foe are touching the ground". I assume the 2nd floor of a tower doesn't technically count?
