You know, I actually have no idea. Since the publisher's putting it out as a hardcover, I'd guess that they're planning a heavy push, and would eventually make it available in many different formats. But that's just me guessing.

I don't see any reason you shouldn't be able to. It's a major publisher--Bantam Dell, which is itself a division of Random House--so I imagine you'll be able to find it almost anywhere (within reason, of course).
