Athletic traditions missing

In the Kickstarter release of New I'm not seeing either Sports Scholarship or Pro Athlete traditions laid out. We have the starter tradition High school Jock and the final Superstar Athlete but not the two intermediate steps.
 

I've found an error with the HEAL spell or more accurately the table on p125. In the spell it says that it affects objects (Mend) and elemental creatures. However, in the chart it only shows: "Creatures". I assume the text of the spell is correct? If so, can we get a little better description of how Mend works? How would you mend say a Bow? Is that Mend Earth, Mend Plant, Mend Death, Mend Nature, any of the above?

Wood tends to be nature, so it would likely be Mend Nature. It's not a creature, so it's not Heal Plant. A bow should be easy to mend, as it won't have much STRUCTURE to repair.
 

Mend earth would be more for mending a house made of stone right? Mend Heal plant for plant monsters, mend death wouldn't be applicable in most situations (since death objects can only exist as elemental objects), and mend nature mends "anything made of once-living matter" right?

"In combat, as expected, marksman, unarmed fighting, and melee fighting all add 1 die to
relevant attack rolls. Note that melee fighting is a category – you should list the actual
weapon in which the character is skilled."

Is there a game mechanical reason for limiting mellee to types, and not ranged weapons?
As written it sounds like you by taking marksman you can use a bow, ray gun, grenade launcher, bazooka, handgun, hand grenade etc. with equal panache.
Where as melee needs to be specialised in to narrow bands.

is this intended? Wouldn't it make more sense to limit both?

I agree with Tigerlil's accessment. As a rifle marksman, I can tell you that shooting a handgun is quite different and I assume grenade launcher and ray guns, although, I have never fired those. I think that hand grenades may be lumped into a different category, such as "Thrown".

Yes; yes it would! My working copy of the next playtest document has that change already incorporated! :)
