This was on the radio, wasn't it? I remember coming home from school and my mum telling me about it. I fell in love with the idea straight away, but it was a few more years before I ever got to play.

Steve Jackson is talking, on the shelf behind him is Car Wars by Steve Jackson.. but not by him.
It was a treat to see Car Wars and Autoduel behind him, because I've had those books for decades and they were huge inspirations to my own game design in the 80s.
