If there are any questions about the ic post let me know, otherwise let me know what you are doing as you March. marching order is important but not end all be all, you will be traveling overland with some different terrains.

@TaranTheWanderer So I thought elves were taller than humans as well. But in accordance with the SRD Height table, they are on average about 6" shorter.
Maybe I’m thinking of high elves and wood elves in 5e. In any case, any mistakes I made can just illustrate Byron’s ignorance of elves. I mean, any elf looks tall when you’re a kid. So maybe his memories are playing tricks on him!

@OneCrappy DM your post didn’t really indicate where Byron was supposed to go or who was leading the patrol. I’m just assuming it’s the same guy that Eos is meeting. Edit: never mind, I just read your new post.

double-post

I left some stuff OOC on the other thread but probably better to discuss it here.

I kind of imagine that Byron should be at the front(and he has a reach weapon) but if Eos has the map and is navigating, he should be in the front? He could still navigate from the back, obviously. Edmund wants to be near Eos so we can have him near the middle but slightly up front.
Eos
Farmer
Edmund
Kid

Byron

What do you guys think?

PS Byron's movement is 20 in his scale mail so we're moving slowly.

@Neurotic if we are doing the related thing, how are we related? Byron is around 20.

Knight Pwyell had originally given Byron the map to March the route as he’s seen you volunteer more than anyone. However giving it to Eos is totally fine, with your armor it will turn the eight hour march into a ten hour march with a hustle or a 12 hour walk if you don’t hustle.

A good leader knows how to delegate to more experienced people.

Does that mean a two hour forced March?

I imagine the 13 year olds might be encumbered with their packs too?
