Could just be a conditional critical bonus on an undead-bane weapon. I don't think the undead-smiting will have any additional effect on her. Though, to be fair, Rich has stuck pretty darn well to 3.5 rules, but when it comes to weapons with bonuses over +5, all bets are off. this could be a LEGACY thing...
