Since you don't want feedback from Reapersaurus, perhaps I might step in instead.
Just some things I noticed:
An 8th level level wizard is supposed to have (by the book) 27,000-36,000 gp worth of gear. Those rings of wizardry of his (I, II and III) have a base price of 20,000, 40,000 and 70,000 gp respectively. This guy has about 3.5 times as much treasure in those rings alone as he should have, for a regular campaign.
The 1-into-3 spell brings back bad memories of the darts of the hornet's nest from the Gold Box CRPGs. But this is alleviated somewhat by the fact the ranger only has +2 arrows (with a 9th level cleric in the party, he could have +3 via greater magic weapon -- not wonderful minmaxing there).
Protection from elements only protects up to 12 points of damage per caster level, after which it's dispelled. An 8th level wizard means 96 points worth. A 10d8 lightning bolt every 1d4 rounds should eat that up fairly quickly.
How on earth is the wizard managing to damage blue dragons with lightning bolts? And what caster level is that wand? If it's caster level 1, that would be doing 1d4+1 points per charge, with a max range of 110 feet.
Did you remember to give the dragons the right number of feats for their size? A young adult blue has 18 HD, which gives it 5 feats. I would have taken Snatch, Flyby Attack, Power Attack and a couple of others.
When it's all said and done, however, the important thing is whether your group had fun. You're saying they did; in that case, great! No matter what anyone else thinks, you did your job. However, I wouldn't try looking for validation for your dragon tactics, or for support that your group wasn't overpowered. The dragons were stupid, and your group sounds way too rich for its level. I wouldn't trumpet the fact that they trashed these dragons, if I was you.
