Technically, you can't, due to the narrow wording on Shove/Grapple ("using the Attack action"). Really? You should be able to.

No because you aren't using the Attack action, which you must do to grapple or shove.

Oh man, good thought. If it were allowed, it would help fighters become more sticky and protective. I like it!

Sounds to me like something that would make an excellent feature as part of a feat to allow it as a reaction.
