Nuthkavi, you and I may very well be the only interested parties, at least for a while. I could start an adventure thread for your character if you want. Let me know how you want to proceed.

Also, if any of the others take a peek at this thread, please give a quick post even if it only says "Still interested, will post more later."

Okay, I made it...finally. For reasons unexplained my Spamshark ate the original reply, which delayed me today.

Would someone more intelligent than me please direct me to the character creation tank, wherever that would be. And Scott, please repost whatever rules there are regarding how we buy stuff. I know its maximum gold for starting class...but where do I look?

Everyone:

Let's assume for the moment that I understand absolutely nothing about this site. In fact, let's posit that I don't understand anything. I'm the ultimate newbie.

Having admitted my ignorance, please someone help me out here.

[1] This forum is for out-of-character communication. OK, cool. Where is the forum for in character communication?

[2] Everyone has said they posted characters. Where? How? Using what?

[3] Are there graphics to this play by post game? That seems weird. But is there some sort of dungeon? I saw the EN world FAQ, but frankly, I'm so out of touch that it left me with many many more questions.

Can someone nurse me through this?
