(ot) OSU-michigan week

Charlie beat OSU that year. He was the difference in that game and was able to use that to win the Heisman. I was so glad when he went Pro.

Tressel is a great coach. A friend of mine played under him for a time at Youngston State.

Now if only Tressel would go Pro.....:D

About 10 minutes to go...any OSU fan want to defect yet? Denounce your school and live in the chilly lands of michigan where football teams win more than once a decade, and the food is good too!

Good luck gentlemen...good luck.

It's that time...cue the marching band...watch the blue and gold riot down the campus (non-violent of course) steal the goalposts...and leave the poor OSU kicker hanging by his skivvies.

:)

Oh, just saw a nice stat...

5 times OSU came to michigan undefeated with a chance at the national championship...

4 losses, one tie...

Mich just loves a spoiler :)

edit: good drive, but ended only in a field goal...oh well 3-0 Wolverines

Two things:
1) Congrats (and thanks) to OSU for beating the Weasels.
2) During the on-field postgame interview Tressel brushed off the comments about the National Title Game, and instead focused on winning this big rivalry contest. That's what Cooper lacked...a basic understanding of how important rivalry games are.

Tressel is an Ohio Native. He's father coached a Division 3 college. He was Assistant under Earl Bruce in the 80's. Tressel won the tough games at YSU, he had like 4 national campionships in 7 years. Tressel is our coach, and is now two and zero verse that School up North :D

I am humbled, but it was a TERIFFIC game.

Congrats to OSU on the chance to get whipped by Miami.

Miami still has two games before they can get there. And with a few extra weeks off our guys get to be that much more healthy. :D
