That said the best thing I can say is talk to the other players first and just see how they feel - if there is an overwhelming negative response it might be better just to say good bye to the trouble maker.

If the attitude is somewhat indifferent then give the guy one last chance to shape up. Just emphasize that the game is being disrupted by his constant OT chatter and he needs to remain focus or he won't be invited back.

Not the most tactful way but it seems this guy is immune to subtle hints.

Sometimes a shovel is your best friend.

I hope we can spare ENBoards from "jokes" based on implied violence towards other posters. It's pathetic enough as it is with the namecalling-in-place-of-an-argument calls of "troll" in response to something people don't want to hear.
