OK, post vacation day 1!
Chest/Upper Stuff.
It was all good, felt real bad at the start but I got home well after midnight after a full FULL day on the road, so I forgave some weakness in the energy department.
250 again on the bench, 80's dumbells on incline, 90's on the dips. It was mostly great.
I'm going to go do legs tomorrow and a sauna I think to really reset.
I also learned.
1. I really dont care for vacation, it disrupts me so much. Diet sucked, activities were fun, got a lot of sun BUT.
2. My shoulder cannot swim lol. Not even doggy paddle. So...I used to be able to swim, but yeah its busted.
3. I may need some real physio work, to correct item 2, but I also just think maybe if I dont, this shoulder issue is forever.
Anyway, the workout today was a winner, and I felt better after doing it, so lets get back on the 6 x a week grind.
