Paragon class from UA......

I think it heavily depends on what classes you plan to take for the given character. An elven wizard can surely put that +2 Int to good use, slightly improved combat abilities don't hurt either and he doesn't lose too much by taking the paragon class. Still, I think it's pretty balanced.

I have a fighter 2/wizard 1/ human paragon 3 character. He is hardly "tweaked" for maximum power but he holds his own. As someone said earlier, I have skill points out to wazoo and qualify for eldritch knight reasonably quickly.
