I've bought some of them. I'm particularly fond of the PF goblins, so I've purchased a lot of them.
Overall; usually, when I buy PF minis, I do so when I don't really care what I get in a pack. Sometimes I just need some odds and ends to fill out my mini selection or I just want to add to what I have and am not looking for something specific. If I'm looking for something more specific, I'll either buy minis to paint or I'll buy a board game (such as an old copy of Descent) and repaint the minis to look more like what I want. If I want lizardfolk, I tend to buy packs of the lizard guys (not sure what their actual name is) from Warhammer.
Now that I think about it, I've purchased quite a few Warhammer minis. For me, I don't mind buying the older and out of date ones because I don't play Warhammer, so it makes no difference to me if a mini isn't legal for the current rules of the game or if a unit has poor stats for the game. I've gotten some pretty good deals on cheap Warhammer minis because they were minis that the Warhammer players at the LFGS either didn't want or couldn't use because a new edition of the game had come out.
Anyway, yes, I do buy and use the Pathfinder minis.
edit: I prefer metal minis and painting, but sometimes I just need something to put on the table and don't really care what it is. Some of the PF minis and minis from games such as Descent turn out fairly good with a repaint.
