Homebrew Permission to make Artificer and Savant archetypes

Savants and Artificers are not included in the SRD, but I have an interest in creating new archetypes for them. Who would I need to contact to obtain permission to do so and publish it as a 3rd Party?

There’s nothing stopping you, technically, because you wouldn’t need to copy any of the text of those classes to make archetypes for them.

But I will say that we’re OK with it. The only reason they aren’t in the SRD yet is a manpower thing. So please, go right ahead.

I mean, you will need to read and understand the OGL if you’re going to use it. It is a legal document.

There’s only one OGL! Both WotC and ENP use it.
