It seems extremely unlikely. The SRD hasn't been updated in ages, and though there were some indications a few months back that WotC still intended to keeping adding material, I am starting to wonder if they have changed their minds.

Unlike, say, how they released the 3.5 srd and XPH srd material contemporaneously with the release of the books?

I think the delay in putting up divine and epic stuff in the srd was not to let the copies sell out but just that it was not a high priority and the work was given to someone with a lot of other things to do as well. I think anything added to the srd will just be a while becuase they don't make it a priority, not because it is part of a strategy to protect their physical book sales.

Given that the current SRD hasn't been updated in... how long? two years? three?... I would be surprised to see PHB II or DMG II material added within the next 18 months. They would have to jump queue, too, as there were a bunch of other books in line before the updates stopped.

The mechanics in DMG II are not that heavy.

I would quite honestly prefer to see material from the completes long before either of these. But I doubt that -- and this -- will happen.

Didn't WotC assigned Andy Smith to work on the SRD a few months ago?

So far, there are fewer major publishers with influence requesting more of WotC's material in the form of OGC.
