I don't know where adults find the time to play videogames.
Maybe if I were single? But isolating myself for hours and hours would not sit well with my spouse.

Together, mainly, and/or wirh kids.

Yeah, my wife and I both play. One will play on the PS5 while the other does something else, or plays on the Switch or something. We do that after our daughter goes to bed.

We sometimes try playing while she's awake and with us, but it only really works when she's really into some toy she's got. And we don't play violent games when she's awake. So mostly in the evening.

To return to the original topic, I ate in an Neapolitan restaurant on Saturday that prides itself on authenticity. They will provide a pineapple pizza, but it's £500 (about US$600) as opposed to about £15 for other pizzas.

Navigating allergies, food restrictions, preferences is no joke with my family and fiends.

In our house, Mom’s a diabetic who lost her tolerance for spicy food after getting thrush a few years ago.

Dad has GIRD, and isn’t the biggest fan of “vegiterribles”.

I have mild food allergies to corn (a favorite veggie, and omnipresent) and chocolate (a favorite sweet). I’m also a sodium-dependent hypertensive, one of the worst my doctor saw in 40+ years of practice.

Things get more interesting when we entertain. We have friends & family who don’t eat pork (reasons religious & not), steak (but will eat ground beef), shellfish, all seafood, mushrooms, condiments and so forth. Menu planning for gatherings can get…complicated.
