I used to eat the equivalent of the low calorie plate regularly at some local restaurants; always went over well.

Well, there will be no more "buying a house" posts from me in this thread.

Because from now on it will be "having bought a house" when when I complain about the bureaucracy of real estate.

We just signed the closing papers. The house, and the oppressive mortgage attached to it, are finally ours.
