If a thousand word post isn't getting the point across that you want to get across, going to two thousand word posts instead isn't likely to help

When I'm writing something long-form, my daily hard minimum is a thousand words. I wrote the player-facing setting information for the last D&D 5e campaign I started in a day, and that was a 5400+ word thing (to be fair, mostly an expansion of a much sketchier document for newcomers to the city).I used to write thousand word essays the night before they were due.
