Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

More than once I have the turn signal and awaiting for an opening on the other lane and just when I find it, the car behind me rushes into the lane forcing me to not move or to turn back into the lane.

I don't even know who would be considered at fault if we collide so I always let it go, but really? I am telegraphing my intention to move and you couldn't wait other five seconds?
Get that all the time, usually from someone who crosses a solid line to preempt my move. Main character syndrome. I bet the same people walk straight down the middle of hallways.

Someone really leaned into their horn on me once when- on a rainy day- I used my left turn signal a bit early to indicate I was turning left at the next signal. As in, they triggered the horn as soon as I turned my signal on, and held it down as I hit my brakes, merged into the left turn lane, and continued as they passed through the intersection to my right.

Sometimes some people's horn usage seems really, really random.

My personal take is that some people are simply histile to letting anyone merge in front of them. Doesn't matter when or what the situation is.

This is part of how my wife got our EV up to 106 MPH unintentionally. In ECO Mode. Someone just didn't want to let her merge ...
