Do they put mace in pumpkin spice? I always thought mace OR nutmeg were a choice in things because they taste kind of similar

Penzey's pumpkin spice blend contains both. I haven't checked other spice purveyors to see how common that is--but for reasons, I'd kinda bet The Spice House includes it, too ...
