I am talking about how two reasonable people can come to different conclusions - you don't need to have medical conditions for this to be true.
There are medical conditions, sure. But we cannot, in general, use those as a blanket reason for why disagreement happens.
The context is neurodivergent people, though I think generalizations are to be avoided also.
