Fear factor enworld edition: respond to a post with only 4 sentences correctly.

Hell, I dare you to even find a post on here with only four sentences, lol... :p *

I think my back cried out in pain after seeing the tv

One of my first jobs in high school was at the Sears warehouse, riding around on the forks of a forklift with one of those and pushing them off onto the top shelves of the warehouse twenty feet off the ground, with no safety equipment at all.

Fun Fact: I got over my fear of heights really damn quick when I started working there...

* Ironically, this post contains four sentences if you consider the url link to be part of ts's first sentence... :p

You guys remember who you were 30 years ago? Lucky. :D

Second Christmas while married, first in the grad program I eventually made a career from, first while an MtG player, and maybe one of those where VtM had overtaken 2e as the most regular game.

30 years ago? First making friends in Boston, driving down to MIT and then Northeastern and later BU, to Vampire LARP with friends, and getting into the local goth scene from there. Which became my other major social circle besides gaming and religious activities. First started going to Manray and dancing regularly. Along with a lot of other people as The Crow, as a big pop culture phenomenon, got young folks interested in the subculture. Some of my best and longest-lasting friendships were established right around then, some of whom are functionally family to this day.

I remember that shy kid playing at outgoing to make friends. Much more interested in those friends and games and music than in his studies. But it's challenging to connect with how he thought and felt, at this distance.
