The only thing that really jumps out at me is the "Vitamin M" bit. Everybody knows that's another name for Magnetism, and you don't absorb it through your skin through this kind of short-term application, you have to wear the magnet for a longer period of time. These guys need to go back to remedial science classes!

Y’know, you might be surprised how often lawyerly advice gets taken literally.

For a long time, the last page of each issue of the Texas Bar Journal published humorous excerpts from actual legal proceedings. A segment of a trial transcript had witness testimony that roughly went:

Atty: For the record, your name is Bob Smith, correct?

Witness: (nods)

Atty: For the court reporter to record your testimony, all of your responses need to be oral. So again, for the record, your name is Bob Smith, correct?

Witness: Oral.
